Allow 48 business hours after updating ESS

If you change your email address or phone number in ESS, wait 48 business hours before signing in to the Pension Portal.

Your email address and phone number in ESS must be set up correctly to log in to the Pension Portal.

  1. Use the How to Access the Portal guide to check that your email address and phone number in ESS are correct.
  2. If you made changes, wait 48 business hours, then sign in.
